I was very skeptical about getting a quote because I’ve horror stories about hard sells Not the case with Nate Ruesler. He listened to my wants and needs, gave me options within my price range and was very professional. The work was done quickly with very little disruption to my daily activities. What really impressed me with Fortified was the fact that they did not give me a final bill until they came out and inspected the work. I highly recommend them for replacement windows.

Responsive and Communicative
We had multiple properties damaged in a hail storm. We worked with Megan who took very good care of us. She was responsive to our communication, worked well with the insurance adjustor, and made took care of our properties quickly. The quality of work was great. We would recommend without reservation.

Megan and her team helped turn a horrible experience into a happy ending. A hail storm in April 2023 meant a complete roof replacement was needed on my Missouri home. Unfortunately, my insurance carrier botched the claim and said they would only pay for 2 sides of my roof. Megan patiently helped me with everything I needed to resubmit information and prove the insurance company's error until we finally got them to agree to their error and pay for the full roof replacement. Even though it took 6 months to get the insurance carrier to finally agree and resolve the claim, Megan/Fortified Roofing were with us all along the way! This roof damage was to my seasonal home and I needed the repair completed before I returned to my Florida home in mid-October. Megan and her crew knew this and worked us in so we could get everything finalized with my new roof before we left to return to our Florida home. Thank you so much Megan and your crew for your patience, professionalism and for helping me to turn a horrible situation into a great resolution!! I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing roofing repairs!
